Procedures for Maintenance of Facilities
The procedures and policies for maintaining and utilizing physical academic
and support facilities depends on the formation and continuation of different
committees both administrative and academic for the smooth functioning of the
institution. The policies and plan of actions are chalked out in the beginning
of the academic session each year and regular meetings are held for the
functioning of the various of the institution both academic and administrative.
The finance Committee supervises various AMC S for maintenance of Physical
facilities such as Computer, Wi-fi, Lab equipments, bio-metric system, smart
college software, ICT infrastructure, Generator, Water –purifier, Solar –Power
grid maintenance, rain- water harvesting maintenance, Xerox machine
maintenance, College website maintenance, maintenance of pest-control. If
emergency requires for maintenance of physical facilities or Academic or
Administrative issues proper meeting is conducted by respective committees to
adhere the issue. Subsequently regular meetings are held like the Governing
Body Meeting, Teachers Council Meeting, Purchase Committee meeting, Finance
committee meeting and various academic sub-committees.
